Following the Census of 1900/1910/1920 Cornelia (Cora) had 14 children. Born in Holland 10 children of which 3 had been died in Holland and 7 emigrated in 1888 to the USA. In New Jersey must be born 4 children, of which only known Gertrude (1890).
Gertrude is the only one of those four mentioned in the 1900 Census. Cornelia had before her marriage in 1866 already a child from an unknown man, born Sommelsdijk on March 2, 1865 and her name was Johanna Elizabeth SLUI. The child died Sommelsdijk May 16, 1865 at 11.00 o'clock in the morning, old 10 weeks (act 28).

The Family left following the civil register of Middelharnis on February 6, 1888 this place to Rotterdam. They emigrated with the s.s. Amsterdam and arrived March 3, 1888 in New York.

Mary Koert is presumable the mother of William Koert Sr. and obviously the owner of the house. William rented a part of the house from her. The above mentioned girl Eva Koert is probably a daughter of a brother of William. The above mentioned Nicholas Dunning must be the father of Eva Koert - Doornhein.
